Dallas Fate RV Park

There are some pluses, good wi-fi spacious sites new hookups but on the other side of the coin some negatives. The main road is paved but the sites are made of asphalt grindings over soil. Our first site we sunk deep into the grinding and our jacks on 12x12 blocks just sunk deeply into the ground right through the 3 inches of grindings. The wheels continued to sink so we called and got assigned to another site which looked like it could be used as a mud bog. The third site appeared to be solid, but did not hold the single front jack. The grindings made everything black and it caked up on my shoes. The place needs serious compacting and a topcoat of cleaner gravel. If it were nicer it would maybe be worth the high price but as is not a good value.

Prime location, amazing owners. Brand new, safe Rv park with all bills paid and free WiFi. Fenced and gated sites available and very nice and quiet little Rv community. Just 5 minutes from all major shopping, dining and other entertainment and retail. Love the well lit sites and cameras for added protection. Just one mile north of Highway 66. A must visit park and very affordable. They also have other affordable Rv locations across DFW including Dallas, Wylie and even Garland. Great neighbors and super quiet. Never had an issue here and if you do, you can text someone 24/7 and very professional staff as well. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My wife and I stayed here for almost 7 months while we were looking for a home to buy. Everyone here was very helpful from day one of our stay. We actually hated to leave but we bought a home in Rowlett. If we ever had an issue that came up it was handled in a timely manner. The team here is Awesome! We will definitely recommend this location to others if they ever have a need to stay long or short term at an RV park. Thanks again and may God bless all of you.

We had such a wonderful stay at this RV park! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. It’s clear that the owners take great pride in keeping the grounds in excellent condition.

One of the things we appreciated most was how peaceful and quiet it was. Even after a full day out, it was so nice to come back and relax in a calm, comfortable environment. Despite that tranquility, the location is incredibly convenient—just a short drive to the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and anything else you might need.

The gated entrance was a huge plus for us. Having a secure access code gave us an added sense of safety and peace of mind throughout our stay, which really made a difference.

Overall, this park checked all the boxes for us: clean, quiet, secure, and conveniently located. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and worry-free RV experience!

We stayed at Dallas Fate RV Park for about a month while waiting to close on our house, and it worked out great for us. We have a 45ft RV and had no problem fitting into our gated spot. The park felt very safe and secure the entire time we were there.
There are no amenities or office on-site, but the owners were extremely responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. That made the stay very easy and stress-free.
If you’re looking for a quiet, secure place to park your RV for a short or extended stay, we would definitely recommend it!
