Beautiful setting for watching sunrises and sunsets. Everything is nice and clean and I loved the wind/rain shelters for tent campers. Excellent value too. Thank you.

A pretty canyon with a pleasant ranger the time that I was there. Level tent platforms and a clean bathroom. Nice outdoor sink for the dishes. Big nice trails that start closely. I loved the little nature trail next to the campground. All around a lovely place, but fill up your car in Carlsbad. I'm not sure that there is closer gas. You don't want to run out before you get back.

These campgrounds were some of the nicest I’ve stayed at! Your camp sites are VERY close together, but the tent pads are well kept, the bathroom is clean, and there’s even a large sink where you can do your dishes.

The campground is so far out of the way, so secluded, that even though it was full on the weekend, it seemed very quiet and calm. It's fairly sheltered from the winds that can kick up, and offers beautiful sunrises and sets. My only wish would be for more hiking trails leading out of the camp.
