Admiralty RV Resort

My daughter was just stationed in San Antonio, fresh out of the academy. My wife and I traveled down from our home state in Michigan to help our daughter find a spot she will call home for the next few years. We researched many rv parks around the city, with safety as our first priority. We visited several rv parks in person, toured their property and there were multiple concerns we had. Some of the employees either didn't care to answer our questions or made it seem like we were an inconvenience. As we went through our list of rv parks to visit, we stopped in at the Admiralty RV Resort. While there, we spoke with Jacob who is one of the property managers. While the office was busy, with people coming in and out he took the time to answer ALL our questions, we had a lot! He said he was a father as well and understood that our child's safety was a priority. He gave us a tour of the facilities, allowed us to tour the property and view the available spots to see which one we wanted. When we went back to the office, Jacob was helping another guest. It seemed like they were having an issue, he took ownership of the issue and assured the guest that he would get it taken care of. His customer service and willingness to help people are honestly what sealed the deal for us. We feel safe knowing our daughter will be watched after and surrounded by the great community they have built at Admiralty.

I’ve stayed at a lot of so-called “RV resorts” over the years, and in my experience, many of them doctor their photos and mislead you about the true quality of the park. That was not the case here at all.
I was genuinely impressed with the grounds of this sprawling resort especially the massive pool. As someone who understands firsthand how much work it takes to maintain a pool like that and keep it sparkling clean ✨, I can say they absolutely nailed it. In fact, the pool is what first caught my attention when I looked the resort up, and it lived up to the hype.
I also noticed many reviews mentioning Jacob and his customer service, and now I understand why. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond welcoming us, recommending great local restaurants, and pointing us toward fun activities around San Antonio. The timing of Fiesta Week was an awesome bonus!
Jacob had answers for every question and handled any issue with professionalism and care. Customer service like that is rare these days, and it really stood out. On top of that, the entire team from housekeeping to maintenance (shoutout to Eric) made our stay incredible.
Admiralty may have a hard time holding on to someone like Jacob if he’s kept in a secondary role, he’s clearly going places.

We stayed in the RV park and had a great site. It was an end spot with a small grassy area. The park itself is quiet and clean, the skies could be quite noisy with the fighter jets, but that didn't bother us. The park is near the Hyatt Resort, which was conveniently located since we had a conference there. Jamielyn was super helpful and friendly, and we would definitely stay here again if in San Antonio.

We travel full time for work and have been to campgrounds all over the country. Admiralty is definitely one of our favorite. It is kept so beautifully clean, with a beautiful pool, a club house and the laundry and bathroom facilities are impeccable. But the best part of all is the staff. Jamie and Jacob are so kind, they always have a smile on their face and are immediate to address any concerns. They absolutely make it feel like home. And being so conveniently located to all things San Antonio. Definitely check them out weather its for a short vacation stay or month to month for work. You definitely can't go wrong here.

Very efficient service. Clean, well maintained property. The showers and pool are very nice! The location near Lackland AFB and SeaWorld was so convenient. We did not go to SeaWorld but the free shuttle is such a great idea!
