Dominion Oaks RV Park

Great RV park. Bathrooms are cleaner and more updated than my house! Ground is very hard packed, sites level, electric is great. The Internet is fast and well thought out with great signals throughout the park. 5g cell phone service is great, too (full bars). I've been here a week so far. Stable 120v, even when loaded. Water pressure is perfect 50-55psi. you don't even need a regulator. I was worried about road noise being so close to the road, but it was dead silent. I can even sit outside and barely hear cars, some sort of wizardry going on. Mike, the owner, is amazing too. I stopped by to visit to check the park out, and he invited me in, showed me a few spots, and answered all of my questions.

Michael the owner runs a tight ship. Michael and Adam were always eagerly awaiting new arrivals and walking them to their spot. The amenities are new and fresh. Later down the road adding a community hub would be a nice touch. Overall the stay was pleasant.

We pre-booked and pre-paid for a long stay. However due to a family emergency we had to leave early. Contacted the park via text and email that we were leaving early. Park management was unresponsive to my notifications. Which only means they have no intention of refunding almost a weeks worth of reservation fees. Unfortunate for this location. This was our second time staying, but will never stay here again. The property is on the low end of campgrounds. No real amenities. Mainly convenience would be anyone’s reason to stay here.

My stay here in Dominion Oaks RV Park has been the most peaceful one. Great host. Facilities are clean and convenient. Awesome communication with the host. I felt right at home.

To start the park was quiet and had easy accessibility as well as a nice laundry area free to guest, on the major down side the park is nothing like described in its pictures. We very disappointed in how the park was being maintained. Weeds taller than my knees everywhere. It was very unkept. The photos of the beautiful sitting area and dog area are severely overgrown and not as described. I also found it extremely tacky to have faded Christmas decor everywhere in the middle of June as well as all kinds of rv storage completely surrounded by unkept tall grass and weeds.
