Greenlake RV Resort features friendly staff and a convenient location just 10-20 minutes from downtown San Antonio. Guests appreciate the clean sites, ample space, and nice amenities like a dog wash station, gym, and well-kept pool and hot tub. While some areas may feel more like a permanent trailer park and there are occasional noise issues, overall it offers a decent stay for those engaged in nearby activities.

Staff is very friendly here. Great location to downtown which is about 20 mins. Showers here are ok-women’s showers did not have hot water. Tried all of them. Very clean and big. Pool area is small, pool is ice cold and full of debris-but it has been windy. Hot tub was hot! They do treat the area around the pool for mosquitoes so that’s nice during peak season. Dog wash station was nice and had warm water! Weird gate set up. You get a code but the code box is set up right up at the gate in an awkward spot. Many cars sit outside the gate and just wait for people to come out so they can drive in. Spent an entire day listening to lawn maintenance blowing leaves and cutting grass. When you weren’t listening to equipment the dogs on the other side of the fence BARK 24/7! Thank goodness our dog is trained not to bark because that literally made me want to get a hotel. Laundry area was ok except it charged us $20.00 for 3 loads. Wash is 3.50 dryer is 1.00. I’m bad at math but pretty sure it does not add up. No pickleball, tennis or other activities here. They do have free popcorn and coffee and a small workout area. Also a computer room if you need internet access. They do offer WiFi but it was very intermittent. We used our own. Also tons of traffic in and out at all hours with people playing loud music. We were right at the entrance so we noticed it more. I think a lot of people live here so it’s more like a trailer park. Overall an ok spot to stop if you plan to be doing other activities in the area. At 10:30 pm I decided to change my rating because a truck pulled up to lot (174) and was sitting there blasting music for 5 minutes then they thought it would be funny to hit the lock on their truck multiple times. Site 173 is ours and if you enjoy listening to dogs bark 24/7 ask for this site.

Front desk staff was fantastic and kind. We didn’t utilize the pool. A bit shabby of a place. Many people live here permanently but keep up their RV’s pretty well. The one next to us was super run down and not taken care of! The resort itself is safe and has a huge gate. The neighborhoods directly across and beside are new and ok but the areas around this are sketchy. Run down gas station and houses, where you have to drive a ways to get out of it into San Antonio. I wouldn’t stay here again. But it will do if you don’t care and want a great price!

We chose Greenlake because it was advertised as a resort, pics showed nice amenities, more upscale which is what we were looking for. This isn't even close to a resort. Mostly full time residents, a lot of older campers with junky yards especially on one side of the park. We were on the nicer side. We were only there for one night which was fine. It was quiet and we had no problems. It was safe, just not the "resort" it advertises itself as.

Very nice RV Resort. The front office staff was very nice and helpful. The site(s) were clean and leveled with plenty of space. The neighbors were respectful with noise and lighting. The location of the park from San Antonio wasnt bad at all i was downtown with in 15 - 20 minutes on any day i drove. Nice amenities as well, bring a pole and cast a line in the pond to catch and release some good fun. We are planning on comkng back in October.
