Gulf Shores RV Park and Resort

It can be a nice place , good location,i like the little lake , tropical look needs some solar light . To dark in the night , some trailer tenants have to much chunk around, the hole park have to be cleaned up , i personally miss a pool , wish the new concrete slaps are 3ft more extended, so you can set up a table /chair , to enjoy more outside , I'm willing to pay more . The price is very reasonable .manager and his wife are very nice . The office have to be updated. Some day i will be back and hope to see more improvements. Good luck.

I wanted to do an update after being here for 4 months and I can say I would definitely recommend this park. It's really annoying that this park has such a low rating given how hard this owner works. I would ignore any review older than a couple years given he's a relatively new owner. The owner and staff here do an amazing job. They have a great team that cares and it really shows. The property is clean and well-maintained. The pond is beautiful and full of life. The area is ok but what makes it great is the ocean breeze and easy access to plenty of stores restaurants and outdoor activities. We will definitely stay here again!!

It's a nice little park! Big pond has water fowl flying in to drink and snack on a fish or two. We'll taken care park. Friendly neighbors are abundant here! We would definitely come back!

We have lived here at Gulf Shores for going on 6 months! We absolutely love it here! It's very nice, clean, quiet, well kept and a beautiful place to live! All the amenities are amazing! My favorite is getting up every morning and looking out my window at the pond with all the ducks and other birds! We are sad to go but would and will absolutely come back for visits! Owner and management is amazing! Chuck is the most helpful! 😊❤️ We will definitely miss it here!

Great place on the outside massive attraction with the hot tub and the little pond with the spray fountain. But the inside of The $900 and $1,200 trailers that I was shown for future rental, not so good. They were dirty and not as much quality as I would have liked.
And for the amount of money that they were charging there was no way I was going to do it He stated that the water heater does not really accommodate living in an RV just for camping. And then he directed me to the shower house on the property if I needed to shower omg not me
