Houston/Med Center KOA

2/2026 We had a wonderful stay at the Houston Med Center KOA. The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment we arrived. The campgrounds were relaxing and well maintained, and the paved sites made setup easy and convenient. The facilities were clean and organized, and we were especially impressed with the gym and laundry rooms. Everything was thoughtfully maintained and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We generally stay at KOA's a couple times a week as we travel across the states weekly from February to November. We recently spent November through February at the KOA in Myrtle Beach. The KOA here at Houston / Med Center is by far the cleanest, well landscaped, and the most friendly staff. I may have to rethink my winter months at the end of the year. Highly recommend stopping by here at least for one night but stay longer and enjoy yourself.

I'm a contractor. So, I'm staying here during a job. This is a great rv park. Love the amenities and great customer service. Very relaxing. Staff are people friendly.

We’re staying at the Houston / Med Center KOA for an extended visit while undergoing medical treatment, and we honestly couldn’t imagine a better place to land during this time.

This is a full-service campground that truly understands long-stay guests. The management team is exceptionally kind, supportive, and responsive. From day one, they’ve gone out of their way to make sure we’re comfortable and taken care of, which matters more than you can imagine when you’re dealing with medical stress.

We travel with our dogs, and this KOA is wonderfully pet-friendly. There are two dedicated dog areas plus a beautiful walking trail that loops around a small lake, which has been such a gift for daily walks and a bit of calm.

The location is incredibly convenient. Easy access to Pearland for groceries, errands, and everyday needs, and we can avoid driving into downtown Houston when traffic is heavy. That alone is a huge plus.

One standout feature is the shuttle service to the medical center, which we’ve used several times. It’s reliable, easy, and takes so much stress out of clinic days.

If you’re looking for a well-run, welcoming campground especially for a longer stay or during medical treatment, we highly recommend this KOA. It’s been a true bright spot for us.

We required a campsite in close proximity to the cancer center, and having considered several options, we selected Houston Medical Center KOA. Our experience has revealed it to be the most suitable choice among the available RV parks in the area. While other parks may offer closer access, the Houston Medical Center KOA compensates for the slight increase in travel time with its superior offerings. The campground's convenient location facilitates easy access to essential supplies, and its amenities surpass those of the competing facilities. The gated access and proximity to major highways and interchanges contribute to its overall appeal. It is important to note that not all KOA parks are created equal; the quality of management is a key differentiator. The management team here maintains an exceptionally high standard, extending beyond the typical KOA expectations to encompass all aspects of park operations. The park grounds, office, pool, and restrooms are meticulously maintained. Even for travelers not visiting the medical centers, this park provides a pleasant stay, reasonable pricing, and a caring staff. We highly recommend this campground.

We are a married couple traveling the US in a Class A motorhome, accompanied by our two dachshunds, and have been residing full-time on the road for the past year and a half.
