Thompson Lake RV Resort

Went to this site today looking for a local safe place to bank fish catch and release. There was no one there the office was closed. No signs stating if you can or can't fish. I'd been there before on a day pass but wasn't sure if it was still the same. Couldn't reach anyone by phone. Website couldn't tell me anything. Left frustrated.

Great RV resort! Beautiful pond with ducks. Laundry room was good. Enjoyed walking the park with my dogs. Easy on/off highway without much noise.

Great place to stay anytime! Lady that works there I can’t remember her name but she was very friendly and helpful! Will stay there again!!

Oh my goodness I have nothing but good things to say about this RV park. We have traveled on the road for almost 5 years and this was the NICEST RV Resort we have ever stayed at! I can’t stop talking about how AMAZING management is ! Misty Moorhead is doing an OUTSTANDING JOB in this RV resort. She has gone above and beyond to care for the children and adults in this park. She is on-top of every complaint, every suggestion, you name it she’s ON IT. I am so sad that our time in this Rv resort came to an end. They have amazing amenities. You are able to fish and release and swim in the lake too! The park is kid friendly pet friendly and you’ll make amazing friends along the way. They also have a HUGE club house that have showers and a nice living room area where you are even able to watch movies in or host Bible studies in. Not to mention they also HOST events in the clubhouse for the people living in the park. They also have a volleyball net with sand and two big parks that are toddler friendly. I had a lot of fun being able to sit under the big shade they have nearby. They also have an ice machine for ice and they supply coffee for the people at the parks I 100% recommend staying at this park you aren’t going to want to leave ever and if you do you’ll want to come back any chance you get !!! This park and management has been good to us.

We love living here!! It's so peaceful and serine! New management, as of lately, has done so much to keep the park cleaned and upkept very nicely!! It's always nice when everything is kept clean and nice! So much nature and beauty here!! Perfect for long-term and short-term living!
