The park is updated and very nice, parking is tight if you have two vehicles. Very quiet but also still 8 minutes from Walmart and Sam’s. Depending on your camper size you will hit some limbs and 1 telephone line depending on which way you come from to get to it. (Gooseneck dr or the feeder)

I stayed at Hardy’s Resort RV Park in College Station as a month-to-month guest, and unfortunately my experience was not a good one. The management here, particularly the manager Becky, is VERY unprofessional and lacks basic management and customer service skills.
Communication and interactions were unnecessarily confrontational. Becky was extremely nitpicky about small issues, which made the environment feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming for long-term guests.
One incident that really stood out was when she threatened to tow one of my guest’s vehicles simply because it was parked in front of my RV. Instead of addressing the situation in a reasonable or respectful way, the response felt excessive and hostile.
Another concern for long-term residents is the billing. If you plan to stay month-to-month, keep a close eye on your bank account. Multiple charges can come out several times a month, so it’s important to monitor what’s being withdrawn.
Overall, my experience as a long-term stayer was disappointing. If you’re considering this park for an extended stay, I would recommend asking very clear questions about parking rules, policies, and billing practices before committing.

My husband and I stayed for a few days and I gotta tell you this is a hidden gem 💎. We where sent the map and where we where to park and they said we could go straight to our spot and park and come by later and we did. We walked in and met Becky who was so nice and friendly and gave us a personal tour of the grounds ( this is a first for us) usually they just point at the map and send you on your way. Each bathroom where one of a kind and beautiful, the movie theater was really nice along with the big game room, and who doesn't like pickle ball or basketball. A nice pool with a room you can watch TV and invite your friends to swim and eat with you. Nice big concrete pads with your own parking spot for your car. I will be back and bring our friends, oh I forgot about the hot tub and big chess set for more fun....you will like it so try em' out...

Hands down the best RV site I have stayed at in Texas. I have been coming to Hardy’s since last year. It’s close to the highway, but you don’t hear the highway. It’s clean, plenty of space between sites. On site laundry facility is clean, and very affordable! Amazing off leash agility dog park that my two dogs visited several times a day! Becky the manager is friendly and helpful, and makes sure everyone has what they need! Last but not least, Hardy the cat welcomes everyone to stay and visit a while. I stayed two weeks and will always stay here when in town!

Ms Becky (front office) and Ms Hardy (cat mascot) made our stay even that more enjoyable. Nice level spot (401) with good power and water pressure and a separate slab for an extra vehicle. Hardy came over every day to make sure we were having a great stay and even “allowed” us to pet her. Will definitely return when in the area.
