Rocky Creek Park at Lake Somerville is a well-maintained campground featuring beautiful lake views from every site, spacious areas for camping, and a peaceful environment perfect for relaxation. The staff is friendly and the facilities, including the RV dump station, are well-kept, making it a great destination for nature lovers. While some visitors noted issues with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the presence of sticker burrs, the overall experience is highly positive, with many guests eager to return.

Great place! Clean bathroom and shower.
Caught fish. Recommend bringing a pop up! In case your site has no shade.

This was our first visit to Rocky Creek. We stayed in site 45 and totally loved it. The site was level and clean. The park is peaceful, beautiful, and well maintained. Lots of deer to see. Can’t wait to go back!

Nice peaceful park on the lake, which was low. Bathrooms need a little tlc. Doors need hooks to lock - stalls and showers. There is a boat ramp. Some sites have a ramada, some don't.

Best state park we have been to. Having trailer backed up to sandy beach made it a great time with grandkids, they had a blast making the weekend very enjoyable. Spaces are huge and flat made it easy to park and not feel like the next trailer was on top of you. Will be back.

My group enjoys Rocky Creek campsites. They are clean and offer electricity and water. The grill is great for burgers and franks.

We found Rocky Creek Park to be very well maintained and groomed. Lots of water access for fishing, especially near the closed Ramp 1. The park ranger helped with information about the fishing access there and was very friendly. The sites were well situated with plenty of space between the sites. Lots of well-groomed grass all around. The only quibble was that the restrooms could use lighting and were dingy.
