What Guests Are Saying

Jetstream RV Resort has commendable staff, particularly King Warren, who is dedicated to tenant satisfaction. The park is well-maintained, with a nice clubhouse and regular events like music in the beer garden. However, safety concerns, including unauthorized access from the street and noise from gunshots, alongside high rents and poor WiFi, have led some guests to question their long-term stay.

Me and a coworker were planning on staying for 6 months 2- Rv sites, but didn’t even get a chance to visit. All it took was one review that mentioned people walking onto property off the street at night as guests are entering or exiting was all I needed to know. We decided right then and there to take our business somewhere else. Headed to Rossi’s Rv park near Pearland.

Staff on site is awesome and very committed to helping tenants. King Warren was by far the best manager who vouched for everyone when ownership wanted to raise prices. There are some long term stayers that have abused the amenities and kindness of staff and they should be kicked out by ownership instead of firing great staff. Those long term stayers have created negative reviews by other guests, and while housekeeping has does amazing work, they make it hard to keep up with maintenance because of neglectful acts they perform in the facilities. Blue Water needs to reevaluate how they are handling properties.

Was hoping to be a long term resident at this park, but after a couple of months, the cons started to outweigh pros. It is a very well kept park on the outside and the staff is great. I used the business office once to work and it smelled like dog so bad my eyes were burning. The people on feet from outside the park will sneak in once the gates open as someone is arriving or leaving. Especially at night. You hear gunshots throughout the night. Washer and dryers are cool because of the app, but sometimes would charge me more and my clothes wouldn’t even be dry. The park is not lit up all throughout.Very dark in some areas. I had 2 very uncomfortable encounters with a man at the park. The second encounter, said man showed up to my camper and i immediately had to leave the property. As a woman who lives by herself, I would not recommend this park for long term stays. The staff is great and handled my arrival and departure perfectly. Just a lot of safety concerns.

One of the better places we have stayed in a long while. While I love the people in this facility, I take issue with the rent being raised to subsidize the owner paying for his sewer problem that has been going on long before We came . They usually have music in the beer garden. So that is a plus. The electric bill should be lower due to high rents but we know how it is. I pay more here then I do at home and that's saying a lot.

We have been here for a few months. The property is well kept, and the clubhouse is nice, it’s usually very quiet here, but you will hear gunshots nearby sometimes because it’s in a bad area,. Also, the electric rate is pretty high and the WiFi is awful although we’re close to the office.
