Very good and friendly I came yesterday here for tire bus the manager guy. He’s a very very, very good full very quick service I love this place. I came six times before.

I had a very negative experience at this Love’s due to an employee named Taylor. Her behavior was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. From the start, her tone and attitude were hostile, and the way she spoke to me felt discriminatory and disrespectful.

Instead of helping, she escalated the situation unnecessarily and acted in a way that no customer should be treated. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is unacceptable for a business that serves the public, especially travelers who rely on professionalism and basic courtesy.

Love’s usually has a better reputation, which is why this experience was disappointing. Management should address this behavior immediately and ensure staff are trained to treat all customers with respect.

I hope this location takes this seriously and improves customer service going forward.

Reservation was easy to set up, staff was very helpful. RV Hook Ups at a Truck Stop was so convenient... I will be looking for more sites like this
