Policies & Rules

Parking

  • Each extra car or pick up truck parking: $10 per day or $100 per month
  • Each extra RV parking without hookups: $15 per day or $150 per month
  • • The park is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss, or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
  • • We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
  • • No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis, or utility trailers is allowed in the
  • common area of the park. RVs/trailers and cars must be parked at your rented space.
  • • Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicle are allowed per site.
  • • An extra vehicle is defined as any vehicle that exceeds the maximum allowed on each site as stated above.
  • • Maintenance on RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.
  • • Washing RVs or vehicles on the property is not allowed.
  • • Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicle are allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
  • • Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers, or car dollies are not allowed on sites.
  • • Speed limit on the property is 5 mph.
  • • Motorcycles must be at idle speed when traveling through the Resort.
  • • No vehicles can block any portion of the roadway.
  • • Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.
  • • Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the resort, including golf carts, scooters, etc.

Deposit

  • Extra vehicles can only be parked on non RV hookup sites. Any extra vehicle parked on an RV site will be charged the same rate as a regular RV site rate.
  • • Rent payments for the RV park are due prior to guest arrival. We only accept credit card payments. For long-term tenants ("Tenant"), a late fee of $50 will be charged if rent is not paid within 5 days of the payment due date. For short-term guests ("Guest"), payments must be made prior to arrival.
  • • By paying for reservations for RV and other parking sites at Lamar RV Park, all Tenants and Guests acknowledge that they have reviewed, understood and accepted the Lamar RV Park Rules & Policies. Furthermore, Tenants and Guests agree to abide by all park rules and policies during the duration of their stay. Failure to comply may result in additional fees, termination of stay or eviction without refund. We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.​

  • • Guests violating rules that result in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay

Pets

  • • Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, and/or pets, including but not limited water leaks or other damage caused by their vehicles or equipment—that occur during their stay in the park.
  • • All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.
  • • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable for the serenity/safety of our guests or the Resort.
  • • Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
  • • There is a two-pet limit in the Lamar RV Park. Any extra pet will be subject to a $50/month fee.
  • • No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.
  • • All Pets must be registered with park management prior to or upon arrival.
  • • Pets may not be left outside unattended.
  • • Guests are responsible for “cleaning up” after their pets.
  • • Guests should carry proof of their pet’s current vaccinations.
  • • Pets are prohibited in park buildings and amenity areas.
  • • Lamar RV Park is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owners for any injury or damage caused by the pet(s).
  • • Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.

Guests

  • • Tenants and Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Landlord harmless from and indemnify Landlord against the same.
  • • Lamar RV Park does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any Tenant or Guest. You must make arrangements to have your mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.
  • • A Total number of guests in any space cannot exceed the maximum capacity of 4 people for the site at any given time.​
  • • Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.
  • • Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
  • • Please be courteous to other guests around you.
  • • Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from the park.
  • • Profanity or violence towards other guests or Resort staff will result in immediate eviction from the park.

General

  • • All Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers must be 10 years old or newer, in good working order and appearance.
  • • Tent camping is permitted only in RV spaces when RVs are being rented.
  • • Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site and cost an additional $20 per tent, per night.
  • • Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags, and cots are not allowed outside.
  • • The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
  • • Clotheslines are not allowed
  • • All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay. No dumping of furniture is allowed onsite.
  • • Drones or other remote-controlled machines may not be used at any time on
  • • Obnoxious and/or noisy behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
  • • Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult.
  • • Report any problems with your site to Lamar RV Park management immediately.
  • • We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
  • • No parties are allowed after 10 p.m. every day.

Noise

  • • Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9:00 am and 10:00 pm, but they must first register with Lamar RV Park Management at [email protected].
  • • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • • Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.

Safety

  • • Charcoal grills, wood fire pits, deep fryers, and tiki torches are PROHIBITED.
  • • Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.
  • • All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the park.
  • • DO NOT leave trash out overnight.
  • • The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the Resort.
  • • The use of archery, paintball, slingshots, or air guns is PROHIBITED.
  • • Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
  • • Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
  • • Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.SECURITY
  • • Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
