Gulf Waters Beach Front RV Resort

This place was amazing! Would stay at this place for even longer than we did! Great staff and very nice sites and grounds!

The sites at this rv resort are privately owned. Some are still for sale, some are rented out when not being used. Some are BEAUTIFULLY landscaped, some are mid. There's private beach access and a smaller but nice pool in the resort. There are a few beach houses (available to rent) within the resort that block your view of the ocean from the resort itself.

I gave 3 stars because our site backed up against another site and the two old people sat outside smoking cigarettes and staring at us the entire time we were there. Gross! We never used our outdoor tables because of this.

Also, their pet policy is ridiculously biased and judgemental. Be prepared to leave your mastiffs, house hippos and sweet pit bulls at home. They tell you that you cant bring them, even if theyre a mixed breed. But those yappy, ankle biting chihuahuas are welcome 🤣

Lots of older people live here so its quiet, but also isnt super kid friendly. There's no where for them to play and the activity room is apparently underwhelming and needs to be re$erved to be used.

One office lady was nice, the other seemed to wear a permanent stank face. And the amount of questions/forms they make you fill out when you book a site here are excessive and repetitive.

The beach and the beach access were wonderful but id rather stay somewhere with less grumpy retiree vibes 👌

We fell in love with this place and Port Aransas.. first time on the beach here. Wow fun beautiful super nice people and easy pullin. We saw sea turtles every day and dolphins!! Such a cool place rent a golf cart. 18 miles of beach to explore…

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Each site is different and has different accommodations (look at the site pics on the website). Our site was perfect with two chairs set up on a little patio overlooking the pond. Renting a cart was the way to go! You just take the boardwalk walk right down to the beach and find your perfect spot. We will definitely be going back soon!

Lovely stay at Gulf Waters Beach Front RV Resort! Probably the #1 pool of all the RV resorts we have visited. Large, perfect temperature, and sparkling clean! We had site #713. Lovely site, huge bricked area, cement picnic table, outdoor cabana and grill with bar. We loved that you could walk right down the to beach and enjoy the gulf. Definitely one of the nicest resorts we have been to, and free coffee which is always a huge plus. Highly recommend!
