About The Trails at Lavender Road

The Trails at Lavender Road is more than just a place to park your RV for the night. We are a community full of many great people who enjoy nature and appreciate the simple things in life. Conveniently located north of Tyler, TX and accessed easily off Interstate 20, our park is close enough to Tyler, Lindale, and Longview to fulfill your city needs, while also providing the perfect country getaway. Our park is surrounded by a variety of large trees, including beautiful East Texas pines, providing plenty of shade and separation from the interstate nearby. The rolling hills of East Texas allow for many great vantage points across our property. Dean, our Park Manager, is available on-site 24/7. Dean is always willing to help and greet guests upon their arrival. Treating guests like family is our number one priority and we do so in a comfortable, country setting. We’ve built a bathhouse and laundromat available for all guests to use. The walk-in showers are oversized, the bathrooms are always clean, and the laundromat is always open because we know sometimes it’s nice to have space away from the RV. Feel free to walk our beautiful 25-acre property or let your dog off the leash inside our brand-new dog park!

This place is one of a kind, beautiful, comfortable RV spot!
Dean was SO helpful and kind. We had a kitchen faucet explode on us and he had his friend Mike help us out. We are SO THANKFUL we were here when it happened! We definitely will be back next spring! Thank you Dean! (Kara and Joe from Alaska)

Very convenient for travel, close to the interstate but not noisy. The owner/host was very nice and accommodating. Grounds were clean and RV sites were large. I will stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Great RV park heading up to Colorado from FL. Spoke with Dean early because of our late arrival. No problem!!! Gave us all the info and he insisted we call him anytime if we needed help with anything or had any questions. Very easy to pull into your oversized site. Site was level, well maintained, and all the hook ups were perfect. Quiet relaxing night. Got to meet and chat with Dean while packing up. Great guy!!! You can tell he wants you to be comfortable and enjoy your stay at his park. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and this is now are go to stop for future trips down to FL. We loved it!!!

Thought I left a review back a few years ago..whoops! Well let me tell you that This place e was awesome. We were out here for work during the covid times and the owners were awesome. My cabin was very nice and had one small problem with hornets but we took care of that. Had a bird nesting above my door and the little ones hatched while I was there. The laundry room was good to go and it also had good showers. We had some good cookouts here with some great people. Thanks for keeping this place top notch!!! If I'm ever near Tyler TX and need a place to stay I would love to do it here
Thanks Dean.

By far the best RV park we have ever stayed at. The location is very convenient and the surroundings are beautiful. The site we had was very level and easy to get into and hooked up. Although it is closer to I20 the noise was not a factor at all, just a very low constant buzz very much a white noise. The bathroom/shower and laundry were very nice and clean. The best part however was Dean the owner. An absolute pleasure to deal with, helped us get in as it was after dark when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be back and have already recommended it to friends. You will not be disappointed!
