Joy was very joyous! she was the best! she first comforted me by the complimentary waffles and they were delicious! Ray loves to chat so if you need to talk go straight to Ray because he wants to know all about how your feeling overall the park was very clean and beautiful i highly recommend!

Wonderful campground. They have everything you would need to enjoy a quiet stay near Waco. The owner and her staff are super accommodating, friendly and overall good people. Clean facilities, pool to relax in/by and rocking chairs on the front porch that reminds me of home. Highly recommend.

Nice decent size paved sites. Very well kept grounds. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool is not heated, but still very nice! Some traffic noise during the day, but not too noticeable, especially in the sites towards the back. Free waffles and pancakes on the weekend. Safe area. Short drive to many attractions in downtown Waco and the surrounding area.

Magnolia RV Resort, best place in town! This place and the people always crosses my mind. Lived here for 2 years with my family. All I have to say is Best RV park all around! The waffles on the weekend. The lovely stroll walks. Clean restrooms. Just awesome. 👏 I miss this place. Thank you Magnolia RV Resort. For the Good times.

Just arrived and could not be happier! The park is beautiful. It is very well kept and the pool area amazing. Joy at the front desk was awesome
and very accommodating. The gentlemen in the golf carts showing us around were so very helpful and thoughtful.
