Patriot RV Park - Waco

Had a chance to visit this lovely property. Amazing amenities and Becky was so friendly. Ten out of ten will recommend to my friends

We really enjoyed staying here. The laundry room was always clean and they keep the whole campground looking nice. The owners were super friendly as were the other tenants. My little girls enjoyed the playground area and my dog enjoyed the dog park. Our family enjoyed the Easter event too. 10/10

Stayed at the Patriot Rv Park in Waco Texas.
This is a very clean and safe park. This is a hidden gem with full hookups. Sites are level with a concrete pad and very friendly atmosphere.

I have lived here since August 2025 and I love living here. The park is clean and wonderfully kept up. There is a nice pool and dog park. There is also a laundry room and showers. The managers, Ron and Becky are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. It’s a great place!

We have stayed at Patriot for the past 2 years and have had a wonderful experience all around! Ron and Becky are the absolute best and are quick to respond to any need! The neighbors here are so friendly and we have never had a problem with anyone in the park! We love that there is a play ground and a pool for the kids and a good size dog park for our dog to run around in! Very affordable prices for being very close to downtown Waco! Make sure to check them out when in the area!
