Casa RV Park

Staff is rarely there and is rude. It’s not in the best area, there’s no room to walk pets, and it’s right by train tracks. Also, you can only access the park from Bob Smith Rd. If you come home when the train is there, you will have to turn back and go all the way around.

I lived there for 8+ years. Nice clean park with great owners! Wi-Fi and Cable Included, Internet and Phone Available. Well maintained, paved roads and concrete slabs for parking. Great location. Now high speed Internet is available to each site. Even better!

We've been here for 8 years and it's been great!! I started on a different site put the power post dry rotted and fell, no personal or property was damaged. I called the manager that night and they immediately came out to assess the issue. I was unplugged and moved to a different site. The manager and assistance help me move that evening. They had been in the process of switching the wood post to metal they just hadden gotten to mine. I like that they reinvest money back into the site. Lawn maintenance is maintained weekly and they have an arborist come by to keep the trees maintained. They have upgraded the slabs to a little wider ones, Amazon delivers here frequently so they know the site numbers. The site is quite so it's perfect for shift workers. Thank you Casa RV!!

Pretty close together and maneuvering to park the RV is a bit tricky but the Park itself is very nice & clean (concrete pads, paved roadway). They have a laundromat and storage area for RV residents to use as well as for public. The RV Park is close to everything and the area is decent. Rates are very reasonable. Long term availability, but I would call ahead.

Great Park! Allows dogs as long as they are leashed and picked up after. Laundromat (with a change machine) and propane (pickup and delivery even) right on site is fantastic! Every space has nice green manicured grass, with a big grassy shaded area right in the middle, very beautiful. Big concrete slabs with parking for two at each lot. The park itself is paved and gated so I feel very safe. The neighbors are all courteous, clean and quiet. One of the nicest parks I've ever stayed at and I travel for work and have stayed at many different parks. My only wish was that they had a dog park. But seeing as Jenkins Park is 2 miles away, I didn't dock a star for that.
