Encore Southern Comfort

This is such a fun resort. So many activities with very nice, welcoming residents.
My park model cottage is spotlessly clean and well furnished.
I need to give a shout out to Jainie on the maintenance team. She is so helpful, picking out the perfect color of drapes for the rental, cheerfully helping me figure out my direct tv hookup.

Just short visit to see cuisine and his wife. Went for ride through the park. Park was clean, although I thought lots were a little close together. Seemed to be a nice park.

Southern Comfort is a retirement mobile home park. It's a beautiful gated mobile home park with paved streets. It has a pool, hot tub, most any kind of activities you may be interested in. Shuffle board, woodworking, bocce ball, billiards room with several tables, exercise room, library, etc. They have live bands and dances, the list goes on and on! We are less than 8mi from Progreso, Mexico with wonderful year round weather!! Only 45min to beautiful Padre Island. People stay year round and winters only totally their choice!

Easily the nicest community of folks I’ve met traveling around to these types of resort parks. Kelly, the activity director is an exceptional asset to the property.

This is a wonderful encore park. It has great amenities and during the winter Texan season there is so much to do , you will have to pick n choose. Park is kept up very well and is clean. Facilities are kept up and clean. Management is the best.
