Our spot is big which is nice but for the price we are paying to stay here I expect clean bathrooms & a working laundry facility. If I had known laundry was down when booking I would not have stayed here. The bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in a month it looks like. I am regretting our decision to stay here, I took pictures but it won’t let me post them on my review.

Establishment was very clean. Great location. I would have no issues staying there again. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who would ask or inquire.

The park has a little workout area, a decent pool, a little kids play area, and a nice common area with cookong options. Overall, its a nice place. Crissy and Sarah were friendly and good to work with for any issue we had, which were few. That said, the lawn crew ripped our drain hose open, not once, but twice. They should be replaced immediately!

This is a direct response to the misleading reply posted by King Warren (general manager) to my husband Doug Furillos honest review left yesterday.
My husband and I have been long-term residents at Jetstream, and while we’ve seen great staff come and go, we’ve also seen the resort deteriorate rapidly under King Warren's management. His response to our concerns is full of deflection and twisted half-truths meant to cover for mismanagement and neglect.
Let’s be clear: we were overcharged by $300 on a previous invoice, which is precisely why we requested an itemized breakdown before paying. Those invoices were NEVER provided UNTIL AFTER THE MOVE OUT NOTICE WAS LEFT, despite multiple calls and emails. We have documented proof of these requests AND HE KNOWS IT! Instead of responding professionally, King ignored all communication and later delivered a formal move-out notice accusing us of Theft of Service — a criminal accusation we do not meet the legal criteria for under Texas law. He says we weren't accused of anything but we were literally accused of "theft of service".
The photos we posted were not “from weeks ago.” They were taken recently, but the conditions they depict — overgrown grass, an unsanitary pool, and broken laundry machines — have existed since May. It is now mid-July. King's only excuse is that he's “negotiating with vendors,” which is code for continued delay, inaction, and mismanagement. Meanwhile, long-term residents are either leaving or fed up with the lack of accountability.
The most ironic part? When Sarah was running this resort entirely on her own without a manager or support staff, the grounds were immaculate, guests were happy, and issues were handled swiftly. Under King, this once-bustling resort feels like a ghost town, and it’s not hard to see why.
We aren’t the only ones frustrated — several other guests are experiencing similar issues and feel they have nowhere to turn because the manager himself is the problem.
It’s time for CityStreet to take a serious look at what’s going on here. This resort deserves better leadership than someone who hides behind excuses and attacks paying residents for demanding basic accountability.
P.S. For the record, his name isn’t even King. That’s just what he insists people call him. Because nothing says ‘effective leadership’ like giving yourself a royal title while the place falls apart around you.
Let's see what kind of crap "The King" will use to try to explain his way out this time. I'm happy to add photos of communications and photos with time stamps to the review my son will leave if the lies in his responses continue. Other guests are currently working on their reviews as well.

This place has been a nonstop headache.
We’ve been long-term residents at Jetstream RV Resort in Wharton, and I can say with complete honesty that this property has gone downhill fast — and hard. What was once a well-managed, clean, and respectable place to stay has become a total mess under the current leadership.
Let’s start with the basics. The grass is regularly waist-high, and I’m not exaggerating — we’ve had to cut our own lawn multiple times just to keep our area livable. The pool is either disgusting or closed, and the laundry machines almost never work. The resort provides none of the amenities we’re paying for.
The streetlights in the back of the property haven’t worked in months, leaving it pitch dark at night. Vehicles have been broken into, and the situation has gotten so serious that it’s now part of a federal case. Security is nonexistent, and the management shows zero urgency or concern.
Then there’s the incompetence and unethical behavior from management. We were falsely accused — in writing — of theft of service, a criminal offense under Texas law, simply for being 11 days late on rent after they failed to deliver our invoice. We had reached out multiple times requesting it, and they admitted later there was a known email issue. But instead of simply taping a copy to our door (like they did the threatening notice), they let it escalate and tried to make us look like criminals.
To make matters worse, management has repeatedly tried to run our bank card without authorization, which caused a freeze on our account — located out of state — and forced us to deal with our bank in person to clear it up. That’s not just an inconvenience, it’s shady and dangerous.
It doesn’t stop there. A former staff member recorded surveillance footage of my son onto her personal phone and showed it to other guests, mocking him in the process. She was eventually fired, but the fact that this happened at all is disturbing. I still have the video and audio, and I deeply regret not pursuing it legally at the time — but I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake.
Through all of this, Sarah has been the only employee who’s ever acted professionally or shown that she truly cares about the residents. She ran this place single-handedly for a while and bent over backwards to help people. The contrast between her and the rest of the staff is staggering.
If you’re considering staying here — don’t. What used to be a full, thriving resort is now half-empty and falling apart. You’ll pay resort prices for neglected property, broken amenities, zero accountability, and staff who treat long-term residents like problems instead of people.
Avoid this place. It’s not worth the stress. Please see attached photo’s..
