Logan’s Way Tiny Home & RV Park

This is a wonderful park which is in its growth phase! I stayed monthly from Feb to April . I can’t wait to return when it’s complete. Tiffany the park manager is AWESOME and was beyond helpful to my needs as a new RV’er! The owners are wonderful and their vision in all their rv parks are amazing! Great place.

The Manager of this place, "Tiffany" is really TOP-NOTCH. She is so responsive to any little issue. She has a very good attitude and kind and professional. She goes out of her way to make sure tenants are happy. Because of her, my stay was enjoyable. Thank you for a very affordable temporary place to lay my head.

I DO NOT recommend Logan Way RV Park due to dishonest and inconsistent handling of deposits.
I was repeatedly told—both verbally and in writing—that my $100 deposit would be refunded. I followed up multiple times and was reassured each time that the refund was being sent or processed. I have screenshots clearly showing management confirming this more than once.
After weeks of waiting, management suddenly changed their story and refused to refund my deposit, claiming it was due to trash being left behind. This is completely untrue. I was explicitly instructed not to throw trash away because the dumpster was full. Management sent a written notice stating that guests should not place trash in or around the dumpster until pickup was coordinated, which I followed exactly.
Only after I continued to ask for my refund did they reverse their position and use the trash excuse to keep my money—despite previously confirming the refund multiple times.
This feels misleading and unprofessional. If there was an issue, it should have been communicated immediately—not after promising a refund repeatedly. I would caution future guests to get everything in writing and be very careful with deposits here.

It’s a nice place to stay it’s quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are really kind. Would definitely come back

It's a very quite place to come for a short vacation or a place to stay long term. I would recommend this place to people if they are traveling and would like a place to stay for a night or even for a week vacation
