Don't know how they blocked all the negative reviews but the previous managers destroy this place. Used to be a waiting list to get in now over 30 open lots.
Everyone jumps for joy they are gone. Awful people, never should have been allowed to be able to manage people. Nasty people. Now we have hope. The new manager is a good man. If the owners let him run the place the way he wants we have hope. Sad thing is the owners. don't have a clue how to manage a place like this. Hopefully they will let Ceacle (new manager) show them. But because they think they know best which time has proven they don't have a clue we will have to see.

Patriot RV park is a great place to live! The property manager Cecil does an AMAZING job at keeping the place looking great and is very attentive with the residents. It is also situated on a GREAT spot on Lake Fork where there is PLENTY of fish! Great place to be!

Beautiful place to fish. So quiet and well managed.
Family trip or a fishing trip. Booking up fast for this year's tournaments. A big shout out to the management team.

Been at park 1 year now. Friendly people and Cecil is a great manager. Works constantly. Always ready to help. Never any problems. We love it here. Been at many parks and this is by far one of our favorites

This place is great love the atmosphere and I love fishing this place has it all.
2nd time staying here and it’s just as peaceful and relaxing as the last visit
