Albion Basin is a stunning high-elevation campground known for its cleanliness, breathtaking scenery, and exceptional hosts, Rae and George, who enhance the experience with thoughtful touches like scented candles in the bathrooms. The campground offers peaceful camping, great hiking opportunities, and well-kept facilities, making it a favorite among visitors. Some minor issues were noted, such as oversized speed bumps and overcrowding, but overall, guests highly recommend Albion Basin for a beautiful getaway.

Albion Basin is a beautiful high-elevation campground, a great getaway from the hot summer city. The campground is clean and sites are raked. The hosts, Rae and George, are very helpful and kind. They put scented candles in the vault toilets and it helps them smell better and the warm glow at night is just nice. They're helpful getting wood for and to campers.

The campsite, the location, the cleanliness and the host are five stars. It’s actually one of the most beautiful campgrounds. I’ve been to very peaceful very secluded. Amazing walks to the beautiful lakes.
My only complaint is the enormous speed bumps that they’ve put in place… the cwebsite doesn’t list anything about a limitation and height, and both of my front jacks scraped and got stuck that I actually had to remove them completely to get back down the hill. There needs to clearly be something on the website about the clearance height. I’ve traveled all over the Pacific Northwest and through Canada and I have never experienced speed bumps like these ones.

Very nice staff. Had some rude campers who blasted music until midnight and after being asked to stop by a couple people, they mildly blasted music and partied until 2am.

The host was very helpful getting us into a first come site the day after our reserved site.
Many sites are far enough away from others to feel like you're not on top of each other.
