What Guests Are Saying
North Campground offers a beautiful and peaceful camping experience amidst stunning scenery and tall trees, making it a favorite among visitors. The facilities are well-maintained, with clean bathrooms, hot water, and good access to hiking trails and the visitor center. While some sites may not be completely level and the reservation process could be clearer, the overall atmosphere and thoughtful hosts contribute to an enjoyable stay.

The campsites are large with some privacy. The campground is beautiful. The bathrooms are very clean with flush toilets and running water. The hiking, both long and short hikes, is fabulous. The restaurant in the lodge was great.

Conveniently walkable to Sunrise Point, Queen’s Garden, and the General Store. This site is also adjacent to the water spigot, and fairly close to the bathrooms (without being so close that you get any noise from them). Not much of a view but extremely convenient.

This campground is in a very convenient location in the park. The bathrooms were very clean. We took our 30' RV with a driver side slide out and maxed out our site but it worked. Site A005 is not ideal for a rig that large. There are many other sites that are better.
I plan to return to this campground in the future.
