The location is great; we were only a 10-minute paved walk from a spectacular viewpoint and several great trails (some of which were easy enough to complete with our young children). There were clean restrooms and a camp sink for washing dishes. Each site had a firepit as well. I also learned at the end of our stay that there are showers available at the North campground nearby. There aren't outlets and there is no internet or cell service there (or almost anywhere in the park), so be prepared for that. We had a wonderful time and hope to come camp there again!

We were able to book on short notice. The campsites felt spread out, there was shade, and very quiet most of the time.

Campground was well taken care of. Restrooms were clean. Don't care for coin operated showers but they were adequate and clean. The campground has eay access to the shuttles. The camp store was convenient. I needed to charge my power bank daily and the store had sockets available outside.
Wish there were electric sites but made due.

Great National Park campground with easy access to both the free shuttle bus service and the rim trail of Bryce Canyon.

We wanted to ride the shuttle, but thought we should check out our campsite first and have lunch. After taking the shuttle and doing several hikes, we got back to our campsite and set up our tent and enjoyed the evening eating snacks at the picnic table. After brushing our teeth we headed for bed but it was still too light out to see the stars clearly. After it really got dark, we laid down on the picnic table and with no trees to obstruct the view, the night sky was fantastic! I was able to point out a satellite to my girlfriend who had never seen one fly overhead before. The campsite was clean and the restrooms were nicely maintained. Highly recommend tent camping as the RV sites can be noisy and give off light pollution. We witnessed a beautiful starry night!
