What Guests Are Saying
Sunset Campground offers a beautiful and quiet setting within Bryce Canyon National Park, with clean and well-maintained bathrooms and spacious campsites surrounded by trees. Its convenient location allows easy access to hiking trails and scenic viewpoints, enhancing the camping experience. While some sites may be too small for larger RVs and cell service is limited, the overall atmosphere and amenities make it a highly recommended destination for nature lovers.

We loved the campground; beautiful setting, nice shade, clean restrooms and great hosts; Betty Lou and Scott. We hope to visit again soon.

Nice campground, enjoyed our stay. Loved the dark sky! Was able to take some pictures of the Milky Way with just my iphone!

We intentionally picked a site next to the bathroom which was great. It dipped below freezing in the night and the bathroom was well lit and warm. We had no problem locating our site and the reservation was clearly marked. My only complaint is for the public that reserves these campsites and does not cancel even if they decide not to use it. There were several sites that remained opened even though they were reserved. Considering how quickly the reservations are filled, it is just plain selfish to book a site and not cancel if you're not going to use it.

The sites were extremely small and the camp ground roads very narrow. At least the campground was quiet at night.

We were there until Thursday 10-07-2021 and our group campground A flooded with a small amount of rain. We had to move our tents to the other side of our campground, and they never ask if we were ok and had noise of machines for 3days.

Wonderful views. Great hiking on the rim trail! We had clouds and rain, then bright overcast, which made superb photo opportunities.
The campground is very nice - and the washrooms were heated, which was an unexpected luxury. Very well maintained.

Location was ideal! Walked to the many of the trails. Campground was clean and provided enough privacy between sites. Bathroom was also clean. We had a good interaction with the hosts.

Sunset is a lovely campground well located for easy access to key rim hikes, the multi-use bike path, and a shuttle stop. We were able to make frequent use of our bikes to visit the Lodge for a meal or the Visitor's Center for ranger advice. Our campsite was large and spacious, with good shade. The layout of the sites was thoughtful.
I would love to return and spend a week or more exploring the park.

One of my favorite campgrounds in Utah. Easy 10 minute walk to the shuttle stop. Nicely spaced campgrounds, very nice bathrooms with no-touch fixtures and electric outlets!
