This campground was so uninviting that I changed our 6 night stay to 1. Camp sites are so small. I can’t even see how someone would be able to not only park a trailer but have a place to be able to park the tow vehicle. Drove through tent sights and those weren’t even level. Tents pitched on hills. Can see where water runs through the campsites through the whole campground. Glad we left before the rain hit.

Excelent restroom facilities. Very clean, climatized and with hot water. To get the fifth star in my rating, some showers and/or electric sites needed.

We were surprised to find that there were only a handful of sites occupied for mid-August, but did not mind that one bit!
Bryce Canyon is spectacular. We would definately comeback. PS. We left a mere 3 hours before the flash flood hit.

Campground hosts, Gary & Laurie were great. Toured our loops at least 4x/day. Absolutely wonderful!

Overall Rating: 5/5 ⭐
Location & Access: Super easy to access with clearly marked, identified camping sites.
Campsite Features & Amenities: The sites are very large, well-leveled, and equipped with a picnic table and a dedicated fire ring/grill for wood or charcoal.
Facilities & Cleanliness: Restrooms are super clean and well-maintained daily.
Safety & Security: Extremely safe. Park Rangers patrol regularly throughout the day. I went to hike the Peekaboo Loop Trail and left my gear at the campsite, and everything was completely secure when I returned.
Peace & Quiet: The entire campground area is very quiet and peaceful.
Important Rules: Please note that gas canisters/stoves are not allowed for cooking at the site—only wood or charcoal.
Nearby Activities: Bryce Canyon has amazing hiking options. I chose the Peekaboo Loop Trail, which offers stunning views of the hoodoos and passes right by Thor's Hammer. (Note: Visiting in the summer meant the riverbed was completely dry).
Value: At $30 per night, it is absolutely worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Great location! Open and close to others but still so great. No flat spot for our tent so that was a bit annoying. High sun expose in the afternoons. We got very hot during our summer stay. Easy walk to sunset overlook and trail. Short drive to popular areas. Was great having access to a sink to was dishes. Bathrooms were kept clean daily during our stay. Paid showers located near the lodge.
