All I would ask is that folks with generators keep in mind the 10p to 6a quiet time. Generators running at midnight are quite annoying. Other than that, love to go there regularly.

Site I reserved was open a day early, so I went to check it out, thinking I might pay and start a day early. Guy across the way had a large RV with NV plates, stuff spread all over his site, extra people and vehicles, and was running a large loud contractor type generator that disturbed all of the sites around. I left and came back the day reserved. Same problem, same huge generator running noisily. I left and went to another campground where everyone was considerate. Forfeited my camp fees in order to have some peace and quiet as one might expect camping.
I am not anti-RV. I have a toy hauler, previously owed a motor home, and I own four generators used primarily for at-home power outages. But I fail to understand why the USFS allows such disturbance, and also fail to understand why one clueless individual feels entitled to disturb the experience of so many. At 9,000 ft, no A/C is needed.

It rained and hailed like crazy; however, that is what S Utah needs at this time.
The host was friendly and accommodating.

New this year.....only 1 vehicle can be parked in each campsite. Or, pay $9.00 each day for 2nd vehicle.
This has never been enforced until this year. Each site is more than capable of having 2 vehicles parked in it, so this seems excessive to have to pay each day.

We were more than aware of the previos rains .... the camp site was semifull of blow downs (small limbs and dried tree trash) ... where were there blowers? We asked IF we could bring OUR BLOWER on our next visit in mid Aug. .... He siad, "Yes" ....
Friendliness (as in getting out of his cart) and alerting or chastizing (:-) .... would have been welcomed ....
+ the rest rooms were clean !

We camp here several times a year and are pleased with the beauty and peace sustained in the campground. We don't use the flush toilets because we have a bathroom so I can't comment on them. The camp host this year were doing their jobs very well.
