We rented out the large group campsite for our family reunion so we had lots of space for those coming. We set up one cooking station where we would all gather. Deer, chipmunks, birds, all around us. The peacefulness, close to ponds & lakes & just a great experience. We will go again. Very reasonably priced !

We were in a tent and brought our Polaris RZR to enjoy the trails at Duck Creek. The experience with the campground hosts left us never wanting to go back to that campground again. We obeyed all the rules for driving in and out of the area but the 2 times we came back in, the first time the camp host ran us down as we were headed to our site and asked who we were. Understandable to verify who we were, yet he was very rude.
The second time later that day we came back we entered the same way and the host was near us and saw us come in. We made the circle back to our site and stopped at the rest room. His assistant came running over and said we couldn't just "drive" around in our atv. I explained we just came in and stopped but he insisted if we don't move immediately his "boss" would kick us out of the site. I immediately drove to our site and he came by again stating how illegal it was to drive around in circles in the camp and I repeated we just came in and his boss was right behind us.
After staying here, I discussed this with friends in Las Vegas and they said the same thing about the camp hosts......DON'T EVER GO THERE they said! Needless to say, we won't be back ever

Campsites are large and have nice paved park spaces in A loop. Trees, hiking trails, clean bathrooms. Even though this is the largest campground on Cedar Mountain it is far enough off the main road makes this one of the more quiet campgrounds you’ll find.

We enjoyed the group campsite with large shade trees and plenty of picnic tables. The proximity to the bathrooms was convenient. The spacing of tent sites was enough to provide a sense of privacy within a group setting. There were 2 giant cooking areas and a hand water pump was located just along the road to the campsite.
