Beautiful, campsites were clean. The camp hosts made the 4th of July fun for the kids. They had them decorated, bikes scooters, skateboards etc... and they did a parade around the campground for everyone to enjoy.

The little black bugs were awful but the beautiful scenery made up for it.

Would have been super fun if the horses were back, per my granddaughter. The Bird feeders were super neat, we got to watch the Humming Birds. Kids loved it. The hiking trails were lots of fun. With the water levels low the kids enjoyed the mud and sand. Hoping that we have a great Winter to fill up the lakes for next year's visit.
Over all everyone loved our visit. Thank you!

We really enjoy moon lake. It is a bummer the lake is so low. It was quite muddy to go fishing but we still enjoyed it! The camp hosts are so kind and do a great job. Every interaction we had with them was positive. We usually come to camp earlier in June so we hadn’t dealt with the buffalo gnats until this trip. They were pretty aggressive and I would recommend to bring lots of bug spray.

Camp hosts were quit aggressive in their warning system. They need to relax and allow the campers to relax as well.

We had a great time at Moon Lake. The location was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and the neighbors were great. Our only issue with the trip was the biting gnats.
