The campground is well-maintained, clean, and set in a beautiful location with easy access to Bear Lake and nearby attractions. The host, Ed, is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and local information. However, some campers noted that sites are smaller than expected, and there were issues with vehicle fees upon arrival.

We were just here for one night. Reservation clearly marked at our site; outhouse was in good shape and well stocked; overall an easy experience and would recommend.

Stayed in Spot 16. Great Spot but is near road but not much traffic on road. Easy drive to Bear Lake.

The host was great. Campsites are smaller than expected. Bathrooms well maintained. I thought i had paid for two vehicles but was informed it was just for one. Some sites say two vehicles but there isn't much room for two.

The group site was a little cramped, but we managed to fit all five tents for us. Our camp host, Ed, was awesome! Super friendly and took care of us well. Thank you!

Beautiful location - surrounded by the best nature, and quick access to Bear Lake, the town, and Minnetonka Cave. The bathrooms were very well-maintained.

This is my favorite campground by far. My only complaint is that I booked 3 spots for 2 vehicles and paid for them 5 months in advance but when I arrived, there were signs on each spot saying the 2nd vehicle would cost an additional $5. Then the host came by and stated the second vehicle would cost $5 each.

From U.S. Highway 89, turn west onto St. Charles Canyon Road/Forest Road 412. Follow for approximately 7 mi to the campground on the left side of the road.
