Nice quiet group site. Very clean vault toilet. Camp host checked on us to make sure everything was good and helped us when one of our party had car troubles.

Great spot for a large group. Cool creek runs through the camp. prepare to dry camp, clean vault toilets available onsite.

Seems like the info in the GS1 for the Davis Canyon Campground is not accurate, we found another party occupying site 7 when we got there which was unfortunate because we made our reservation with plenty of time in advance (months in advance) and they got there that same day and took the site as FCFS.

  • Site #1 is not part of the group and is available as a single site on a first come, first served basis
  • Single sites can be used on a walk-in basis only if campground is not reserved
  • This is a 'pack it in, pack it out' facility; please bring garbage bags
  • Parking is limited
  • Off-road vehicle use is not allowed in the canyon
  • There is no cell phone service
