What Guests Are Saying

Summit View Campground offers a beautiful setting with spacious campsites and clean restrooms, making it a favored choice for many visitors. However, there has been a recurring issue with the lack of potable water for the past few years, often not communicated during reservations, which has disappointed some campers. Despite these challenges, the campground remains popular for its scenic trails and group accommodations, and some guests have appreciated responsive customer service regarding refunds.

We reserved the only site available, but when we arrived ,we realized that it was to steep from the pad to where the pinic table was. Also the ground was very uneven and posed a trip hazard. As we are in our 70s, we had to move to another site.

We had a great time while staying at Summit View Campground, but I am very disappointed that we have to pay FULL price to stay there when we DO NOT have water available and a place to put our trash. In the other campgrounds that we have stayed at, both are available to use.
