What Guests Are Saying
Lake Hill offers a stunning campground with beautiful views and well-maintained facilities, making it a great choice for groups. The site accommodates smaller groups well, featuring a convenient water spigot and picnic tables. However, some areas could benefit from more level tent spots, and campers might face noise from nearby groups and poor road conditions.

002 is a very nice camp spot. Not large, but set up nicely. Trailer had plenty of shade and there was an extra parking spot. Very nice (new?) table and campfire ring, and water spigot close by.

For the first night we were in campground 002, which ruined us for 011. When we pulled into 011, we realized it really is not set up for a trailer. The pull-in is situated opposite of what it should be, and your doors to enter your RV will be facing away from the table and campfire. Also, compared to the shade from the nice pines in 002, this campground was mostly surrounded by aspens, and had no shade AT ALL around the table and campfire ring. If you use this spot, it is better suited for tent camping, and you should bring a separate awning for shade. We did really enjoy the Lake Hill campground as a whole. Clean, not to large or crowded, and convenient water spigot next to most if not all camp spots. Would definitely stay here again, but not in spot 011. Thanks!

I love how far off the canyon road this campground sits. All spots are so close to the pond that you can't pick a bad spot!

This is a gem of a campsite. It's small with limited spots but absolutely beautiful. Clean outhouse and water spigot with potable water. A one minute walk to the reservoir where people seem to enjoy fishing. More a lovely pond than lake.

This is a large site better suited for tent camping. We had one 24' trailer, a small trailer that carried an ATV and two trucks. We couldn't have fit anymore vehicles. Lots of shade trees and a water spigot in the middle of the site. We set up both corn hole and horse shoes and had plenty of room. Beautiful area.
