What Guests Are Saying

The Manti Community campground offers a peaceful and enjoyable experience, with well-kept tent spots and a beautiful setting near a pond. Many campers found the atmosphere respectful and appreciated the cleanliness of the vault toilets. However, some areas showed signs of neglect, with reports of broken facilities and disappointment over the lake being mostly drained.

Very enjoyable. Campground was pretty full but everyone was respectful. The tent spots were perfect. It was a little muddy after it rained but not bad. Overall good experience.

Campground is in horrible condition. No paint on tables, broken table planks, trip Hazzards all over the site.
The usfs should take better care of the peoples campgrounds.

Site 8 was a large camp spot, away from other campers. A little dusty but very pretty with its own path down to the pond.

We had lots of family coming from out of town. They brought kayaks, fishing poles and licenses, and planned on using the lake like we had in previous years. We were so disappointed to find it mostly drained. We wish we had been notified ahead of time.

This was a fun campsite. It was secluded away from the road. I recommend bringing a wagon to help transport your camp gear from the car to the campsite. It also has a cute little pond and walk way behind it. There are a lot of flying bugs because of this so bring your citronella candles and bug spray. It also gets pretty windy mid day but it calms down after the sun goes down. The vault toilet isn't too far and is clean and didn't smell terrible. Also be prepared to pack out your trash and bring all the water you need since there is no water source there.

Very nice area, thou is a long narrow dirt path to get there and totally worth it. Very far from highways and I think 8 spots total so just sit back and enjoy some peace and quiet.
