This campground was so fun! Very quiet, tucked away, and so pretty! Bugs were minimal in June. We did see a rattle snake but it’s nature and common for the area so be aware, teach your little ones about that! The creek was great, fun and refreshing to beat the heat! Camp hosts were very nice! My only complaint is that on our last night some campers ran their generator the entire night, and were very loud super late. Please follow campground rules, make camping enjoyable for everyone!

Great spot!! There was a camp host who drove around in a golf cart checking in with folks and was selling fire wood ($7/bundle). There was a lot of people across all the sites, but Site 9 was a little secluded, sort of at the end of a cul de sac, but you could still hear neighbors. So not the best spot if you want off the grid and remote. But certainly a great spot for larger groups, families, and folks who don't mind hearing neighbors (at least in the summer). We were on the other side of the river, which was a little confusing on the online map but there was a water spigot close by to this campsite. Lots of space to spread out. You could easily have 2-3 tents across the site.

This was a pleasant surprise gem!
Spot 3 was fantastic! The stream ran right through the back of it, perfect for older kiddos. Maybe a slight concern for smaller littles. Surprisingly not too buggy at all when we visited in early June.
There were two rope swings which were a blast! It was well shaded for much of the day with tall trees all around.
