Oak Creek Campground offers a great experience with clean facilities, including restrooms, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for families, featuring amenities like running water and flushing toilets. Many campers appreciate the spacious group site #1 and the enjoyable surroundings, such as the nearby babbling brook. However, some sites can be cramped, and noise from passing vehicles may detract from the tranquility, along with occasional reservation issues.

We love group site #1 because of all of the tables available for our group and there are no close neighbors.
The camp host did a very good job of keeping the restroom clean this year! She deserves accolades!

We love this place. It has running water, flushing toilets, and lots of tent sites. It's perfect for extended family camping. Shopping is close by in Delta.

We were in site 19, decent site above the stream but not much room for our trailer. Had to maneuver to get in the spot, the table was in the way and bolted down. Small trailer or tent would be better. Had to park my truck in another spot. Bathrooms were clean. Water was close by.

Lovely area, and very pleasant to have a babbling brook running immediately behind camp, however we thought this fairly remote location would be much more quiet. Many many vehicles continue past this campground all through the night to further areas. That road is directly on the other side of the creek and climbing hill, so all vehicles gunning their engines past here. Appears possibly this road used as shortcut to other areas on the other side of this range.
The sites themselves are a mixed bag... some quite nice, some not so much. Bathrooms were fairly clean and functional, but overall the place had a feel of moderate neglect.
Most upsetting to us was that our Rec.Gov reservation made a week in advance was not posted at the campsite and thus our reserved site had been taken by someone else. Luckily many sites were left open.

We reserved group sites 3 and 4 for a family reunion for 22 people, thinking we would have plenty of space. The website said each site could accommodate 35 people, and gave the option to choose tent camping. We had 6 tents and had a hard time finding places for all of them. There is a huge parking lot, so it would be better for trailer camping, not tent camping. The picnic tables and fire rings were great. There was plenty of space for everyone to prepare and eat meals. The rock area near the campsite was a lot of fun for the kids to explore. There was a lot of shade and the creek was nice. No mosquitoes!

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! Only two hours from Salt Lake City and so beautiful. The campsites are very quiet. There are lots of places to walk around and watch the creek. There is both a vault toilet and flushing toilet. So much shade. The meadow is perfect for kids to play in.
