Oak Creek Rec Site (Boulder, UT)

Site was pleasantly secluded but still included drinking water and vault toilets. The lower sites near the creek are conveniently sized with many flat spots for tents. Be warned that due to the elevation of the site the temperatures will be significantly cooler and afternoon rain more common. Great activities all down southbound highway 12, with Torrey to the north for great resupply and cell service. No cell service at the site but enough cleanings to get satellite connections.

The camp hosts were amazing. They came and met us and were willing to make a phone call to clarify the fire restrictions they were very kind and helpful. The campsite was so nice and shady with a creek flowing nearby. Our favorite campsite on our trip

The campground was beautiful. We got along with the fire restrictions but look forward to going again when campfires are allowed. The camp host was a bit gruff but did not interfere with our camp. He's just looking out for the safety of the mountain.

We had a wonderful time at the campsite, the camp host was very kind and helpful. Site 6 is impossible to get a camping trailer into though, fortunately the host let us move to a different site that could accomodate our small trailer.
