What Guests Are Saying

Split Mountain Group Campground is praised for its beautiful scenery, clean facilities, and pleasant camp hosts, making it an inviting spot for relaxation after outdoor adventures. Reviewers recommend planning for several nights to fully enjoy the area, with access to wildlife and stargazing opportunities. I was welcomed and shown my site and given a clear explanation of rules and which amenities were not working. My only problem with this whole are was the huge manifestation of horse flies and mosquitos.

Other than that, I was extremely satisfied with the grounds.

Nice campgroud. Ample room. A little buggy that time of year (July) but that's not the Campground's fault! LOL!
