Those in our party that had to use the vault toilet were completely disgusted. The waste almost reached the top and the floor was covered in feces and toilet paper. We were there Thursday to Sunday, it was full when we got there.

Zero services, bathrooms had not been tended to for weeks, no toilet paper, no reservations signs placed on our sites. Camp sites were way overcrowded with multiple tents sharing a site, no quiet time enforced. We had loud outdoor movies being played every night within 20 feet of our campsite, STARTING at 10pm. What used to be an awesome spot has turned to crap, literally. I want a refund.

There was no bathroom maintenance, cleaning, or toilet paper refills. We would put toilet paper in the toilet, but then day users would tie-off at the camper's dock and use it all. We had to start carrying the toilet paper with us in and out of the bathroom every time. For our large family, this got very tedious. Day users often dock at the camper's dock to stop and use the toilet or just eat lunch. In one case, boaters docked at the camper's dock and slept in their boat, which I normally wouldn't care about except they docked in OUR designated spot. We pay for that dock, and we had to tie off at the very inside of the dock where it was extremely shallow. We told several groups that it was a private dock reserved for campers, but they were all rude and just brushed us off. Twice, we couldn't dock due to day users filling up the dock and just had to float in the middle of Jarvies until they left. They need to post signs on the dock that it is for the use of the campground only. Why are we paying money to camp there?!

The area is beautiful. The problem is the bathroom situation. The facility provided is way overused, and so full, that it is not even useable. The smell is awful. It seems it is used by many people that are not associated with the paid sites. Some control of the facility is much needed.
