Nice campground! Out of this world views! Our site had views of the La Sal mountains. Close to a bathroom with plumbing that was clean and garbages nearby too. Walking distance to devils garden trails. Most of our site was sloped so we didn’t have many options for setting up a tent. Unloading and loading was exhausting going up and down the hill to our car. No shade at all so bring a canopy! Never saw any wildlife while there.

The location was outstanding for beauty and we loved the adjacency to so many worthwhile hiking experiences. Our campsite was disappointing as it was really just ‘pulling over on the shoulder’ with no access to the picnic table. We think the website should have better descriptions of each site so you can find s suitable fit for your needs. The camp hosts were really friendly and accommodating.

We visited October 2024 and had site 54 (lower part) for 2 nights and site 13 (upper part) for one night. The most beautiful campground you can ever imagine. Some trees giving little shade in the upper part on site 13. No or extreme weak cellphone service.

We visited October 2024 and had site 54 (lower part) for 2 nights and site 13 (upper part) for one night. The most beautiful campground you can ever imagine. Great access to the trail of the Broken Arch from this part of the campground (lower part) no trees here in the lower part. No or extreme weak cellphone service.

Beautiful and unique campings in the rocks, easy walk to Devils Garden trails, hike from the campground to Broken/Tapestry/Sand Dune Arches.
Nice spacing between sites, several are large enough for bigger rigs. Our 38 ft 5th wheel fit just fine. Roads are a little narrow and may require a bit of jockeying to back in. Great solar coverage, didn’t need to run a generator at all.

What an amazing campground! To be nestled in the rocks and be able to take in that dark sky was truely a cherry on top of the entire park experience.
