We reserved site 47 (Juniper Basin Groupsite) at Devils Garden Campground. We were forced to share the site with strangers that showed up without a reservation. The camp host insisted we split the group site down the middle despite having reserved the entire group site six months in advance. He insisted that site 47 is a separate site and stated that they hold this site for people who do not have reservations. However, if you look on recreation.gov this is clearly incorrect. There is no separate site 47 within the the group site. Site 47 IS the Juniper Basin group site. I have pictures, but I don't see a place to upload them. Just keep in mind that if you reserve the group sites, the camp host can force you to share your site with strangers who show up without reservations, regardless of whether you feel comfortable doing so.

Sites are small. Too small for vehicle to be parked in front of trailer. Some “pull through” site are essentially just a wide part of road so your rig is very close to others passing by. Sites have reserved card on stakes, but no last name. Could conceivable cause ch infusion. Bathrooms are clean. Views are great from sites.

I camp alone and I felt very safe. The host s were very friendly and checked to make sure everyone was okay the morning after a wind storm. There is a trail that goes to three arches that is fairly easy. You are mainly walk on sand so stability may be an issue. There is WiFi at the amphitheater, which was great for checking the weather.

We had site 24, one of the best views in the campground. The site is paved and level. It is close to the amphitheater and restrooms, which were very clean. The devil's garden trail is in walking distance, and broken arch trail is right by site 35. There is no dump station. Potable water is available at the restrooms.

Love Devils Garden and loved our campsite. Private yet close enough to walk to the restroom. Well maintained, though no soap only sanitizer.

Beautiful campground in a beautiful location. It takes a while to get there (at the end of the road at Arches NP), but then you can also be ahead of all the day visitors the next morning.

Excellent campground. We spent a week at Devils Garden, June 1-8. Unbelievable views, both sunrise and sunset. Some of the spaces take very large rigs. We were in space 26 and it took our 26 foot trailer no problem. There’s nearby overflow parking at the bathrooms if you need it. spotty Verizon service, but if I climbed a nearby rock I got great service. It’s 19 miles from the entrance to the park, so going into Moab is a bit of time. The only thing that was a bummer is re-entry…there’s no dedicated line at the park entrance for campers…you may wait 30-45 minutes to get back into the park even when you are camping inside the park. Overall, a great experience. If we had it to do over, 3-4 nights is plenty…7 nights was too long.
Make sore you get reservations for the ranger lead hike in Fiery Furnace. Highlight of our trip.
