Hunter Canyon Group Site is praised for its stunning natural beauty, surrounded by towering red cliffs and offering great hiking opportunities. However, some guests faced challenges with access due to incorrect pass codes, lack of communication, and issues with flooding. Overall, while the site has great potential, improvements in communication and management could enhance the experience.

The space was beautiful and had plenty of room for tent camping and mobile camping. The only downside of the site is that it was right next to a road that was heavily traveled by ATV/4W drive activities. However, on the other hand, it was on right next to ATV/4W routes/trails.

Absolutely loved this site, it's all by itself away from other campers. The switch backs were a bit intimidating but we all got down no problem in full size long bed trucks towing trailers with our jeeps on them. Just take your time and you will be fine. The site is large and flat, plenty of space once we had the jeeps off the trailers there was still plenty of open space. It is right next to the road so you see people driving by, We were there 2nd week of September on most the campsites beyond were empty, not sure if they fill up other times of there year, but that could definitely add to the traffic.

This was incredible. It is an amazing site for a group, or just a few people. Amazing location, perfect weather, beautiful night sky, thanks for the best site on our cross country adventure.
