Loved the group site! Location is gorgeous with all the red rock cliffs. Not far from Moab, but feels totally secluded. You can see bazillions of stars at night in the pitch black sky!!

Very nice site with 3 separate drive up sites, one with an awning. Simi private, no other sites near by but road is fairly close.

The road to the camp site was impassable due to water over the road. I was given no heads up to the condition of the road. I then had to pay for a second site for my group of 26 people because of the lack of upkeep. There is also no longer a campsite host and only an automated pay booth. This is horrible do not reserve this site, usually I have very good experiences with campgrounds but this was horrible.

Same old same old, another great year!
Pit toilets are still convenient but be prepared for quite a smell. No worse than normal, but definitely abrupt. And kind of lame that the piece of heavy equipment is still parked in the middle of the site. Definitely lessens the aesthetic to a degree, but the kids and grown ups all have fun climbing on it.
Road down was in decent shape, no issues getting in or out of the canyon for the group. All in all another great year!

This group site is misleading. It does not have true drive in camping. It is a drive, park and walk to your tent site. The overall site is scenic and beautiful, but if your plan is to park individuals around each other in camper vans, or truck top campers I would not recommend. You can accomoate mainly tent sites. The parking area can only accomodate a few cars, and would say 8-10 total. Less cars if you plan to extend an awning. Would not recommend a trailer and this is not a site that can accomodate trailers. Lastly, would avoid the entire Ledges campsite area if there is a chance of wind.

Such an awesome spot! The layout is fantastic. All the picnic tables were perfect for our group. Pit toilet is nice & was kept clean. The scenery is spectacular. We'll definitely stay here again.

The reservation calendar was not posted at the site and when we showed up there was already a group of people there. They had put their payment in the drop box, had there popup trailers and tents all set up. We didnt want to make them move. They ended up being noisy and stay up late and ruined our experience.

The reservation calendar was not posted at the site and when we showed up there was already a couple of different groups of people there. They had put their payment in the drop box, and tents all set up. We didnt want to make them move. After we arrived a van and car showed up and one of the first groups there said they could stay too
