What Guests Are Saying
Ken's Lake Campground offers a beautiful setting with scenic views, spacious sites, and proximity to hiking trails and a nearby waterfall, making it a great spot for outdoor activities. While some campers noted issues with shade and cleanliness in the bathrooms, many appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and enjoyed their stay overall. Access to water and camp host presence were highlighted as areas for improvement.

We liked the solitude and the dark skies at night. When we reserved site 5 in A Loop, we did not understand how close we were to site 6. Our travel trailer was difficult to park. It turned out ok because the campers on site 6 had a tent one night and a van camper the next night. If they had a trailer, we would have had difficulties. Scenery to the north was beautiful. Arches National Park was great.

Ken's Lake Campground was a great place to camp. Just outside of Moab, it was relatively quiet at night. Restrooms were very clean and well maintained. Good access to trails right from the campground as well as many trails all around the Moab area.

Very good camp spot. It's a very open space, so not much privacy from neighbors but everyone observed good neighborly camp behavior, i.e. quiet time at night. It was a beautiful space! The campsite is surrounded by really beautiful cliffs which was a pleasant surprise. The campsite itself was and neat with a very large picnic table and a nice campfire spot. A toilet was available at a nearby outhouse and was well stocked with TP. Would definitely stay here again.

There were rigs already camped in two of the three spaces are group had reserved when we arrived at 3pm. Two of us squeezed into one spot and the third party was lucky to reserve and pay for one open site. There was no camp host and no one answered when we called the number on the board. Not that anyone could help as the two squatting campers didn’t return until 8pm that evening. Having a reservation system is obviously a very poor idea when there is no way of enforcing it
