What Guests Are Saying

North Klondike Campground offers a fantastic location with spacious sites, clean facilities, and easy access to biking and hiking trails. Many visitors appreciated the friendly atmosphere and helpful fellow campers, as well as the quality of the campsite amenities. However, there were concerns about the rough access road and overflowing trash, along with some incidents of missing items and a camp host with an inappropriate demeanor. Overall, the campground is highly regarded, with plans for return visits from many guests.

Great site with many options. Very few people were there even during the peak times where Moab was absolutely jam packed. Loved it so much I went back for another night of mostly solitude! Road a bit rutted but luckily it's less than 2 mile drive in.

This is a new campsite designed to stop the destruction from dispersed camping in a reather delicate area. It was done well and the experience is what we were hoping for- quiet with great access to world class mountain biking. We camped with friends at the group site. It is well away from the individual sites so we didnt worry about bothering our neighbors.(we are quiet campers anyway)The downside is it is windy, no trees and if one is there during a hot spell, it could be rather unpleasant. Did I say windy? Campers beware....

Do not use the recreation.gov app to pay for your campsite if you are staying multiple days. They only allow you to pay for one day (plus a two dollar service fee). To pay for a multi-day trip, you must pay that service charge each day. Total scam. Just plan on paying by cash or check at the entrance kiosk.

Clean area, bathrooms were OK, they could make sure there was toilet paper, you should bring your own just in case, campsites were clean, with plenty of space.
