We stayed in a tent whilst visiting the Moab area to do a bit of jeeping. The pool closed at 8 pm. That was a downer. The shower was fine, and mostly clean. The trees were awesome for shade. The noise from the highway was loud, but thats not there fault.

It's a little dusty out here. All the roads and campsites are gravel so be prepared for a little dirt. They have a splash pad and pool, dog park, and onsite laundry (I had to download the app to pay for laundry - $3 to wash and $3 to dry). Also onsite is a Chevron gas station with a little general store. Overall its close enough to the canyonlands and arches to make the stay worth it.

We’ve been here three times now… first in the cabins (no bathrooms) (and they were clean and it was fine!) and the RV sites for the other two…. Love that there is gasoline and propane on site, love the little store, love the location (central to most of the trails, we did trailer to hells revenge but everything else we rode to from the campground) …. We had a couple gatherings in the pavilion and there weren’t any lights or trash cans, but we brought our own of both so that was fine… there was a pool and the shower houses are nice. the wifi (or lack thereof) is the only downside…. We paid for the premium (8.95 per twenty four hour period) and could never get it to work, so I feel a certain way about being charged for something that didn’t work (I needed to do something on my laptop for work real quick so that was frustrating) but if you’re there for all the right reasons (camping, riding, unplugging) then it’s the perfect place. It’s very close to Moab downtown, Arches NP, canyonlands etc) we love it here and recommend it to everyone. It was great for our group because we had all sizes of rv’s, some used the cabins…. And they had a fenced in area for the dog which was nice! Gorgeous views of the mountains and night skies are brilliant!

We stayed three nights at Sun Outdoors Canyonlands.
Pros: the location is great for visiting Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The scenery surrounding the RV park is beautiful. The RV park shop has a good supply of different items. Trees around the property give much needed shade.
Cons: the shower rooms are tiny, and have only a single tiny hook, so it's a challenge to find a way to keep clothes, towels and toiletries off the floor. The showers did not have warm or hot water- it was tepid. Our interactions with RV park staff were strange; we were never greeted with a friendly hello at any point during our stay, even though we stopped in to the office and shop at least once a day. When I purchased ice, I had to ask where the ice chest is rather than the cashier kindly pointing it out at the register. Each time I stopped in to purchase a snack, I'd be ready to check out, and the cashier would say, "be with you in a minute" and wander off to do something else. Nobody smiled or asked how our day was or any of the warm greetings we've come to expect in the RV community.

Really cute campground, rented out a tent space for nights. Only about 3 of the tent spots have tree shade, which isn't how they appear online. Every night when we came back from our long days of hiking outside, there was NO hot water to shower in. This was incredibly frustrating, considering the whole reason we chose this camp group was for its shower accommodations. The pool also is very cold and staying in the water for any longer than a few minutes is hard. I understand we went during spring time but this was also a disappointment. I just feel like paying $40+ a night for TENT camping and not having any of the accommodations to justify the price is ridiculous and frustrating.
