Great weather, perfect summer temperatures, quiet and secluded. Group sites can be loud if present and echoes quite a bit.

Our family Back-To-School camp was outstanding. The weather was perfect. Our children had a wonderful weekend. They enjoyed the outdoors, they went fishing, played corn hold, flag football, horseshoe, hide and seek, and the most part was where we had a deer come into our camp and just hung around. No, we did not feed deer.
We had some local visitors late at night making their round with loud music. Other than that we had fun!

I loved this campground and was sad to be only staying one night on my way home from a long trip!

The reservation website stated that there is water available from spigots at this campground. This is not true. There was no water available at all. The spigots were covered with plastic and the water was shut off. How does USFS/Recreation.gov expect people to make choices about campgrounds when the info they give us is WRONG?!?!? They should at least give us a full refund.

Nice campground. Sites are quite apart. Only issue was lack of water in the campground.

Nice shaded spots that are not on top of each other. The location is good to access the trails in the area.

Excellent location walkable to Monicello Lake. Sites are spacious and well kept and vault toilets were very clean. Aspens surround every site. Highly recommend!

Wonderful tent site at the far end of the campground. The main loop was full with a very large extended group/family but I had the small loop all to myself. Warning that there are only two pit toilets for the campground and both are a hike from this site.
