What Guests Are Saying
Dixie Creek Campground offers a pleasant experience with paved, level sites, shaded picnic areas, and a variety of rental options like Conestoga wagon cabins and yurts. The campground is quiet, clean, and reasonably priced, with good restroom and shower facilities. While the scenery is beautiful and ideal for water sports, some areas could use more maintenance, particularly regarding trash and the beach condition.

Campground is good, sites paved & level(ish), have nice shade shelters over the picnic tables. Restrooms and showers good if you select the right one, some not. We were here in October, so after season and perhaps not so well cared for. There are cute Conestoga wagon cabins, yurts, and a tiny home for rent. We have a camper so don’t know what they are like other than cute. If you keep your eyes up, the lake and mountain scenery is gorgeous, but looking closely the amount of trash bits everywhere in the campground was astounding. Does this bother anyone else?!?! Also the reservoir was VERY low. Beach area gross, sand and mud all around, didn’t even want my dog in it much less myself.
There are other campgrounds in East Canyon State Park, perhaps they are less trashy.

We had a beautiful 2 days here. Quiet, clean, reasonably priced. Lots of clean toilet/shower blocks. Single and double hookups. Great for water sports, not too busy on the water.

Beautiful campground, very scenic, and walking distance to the reservoir. If you are in a camper, there is no sewer hookup. Electrical and water only. There are firepits and a covered picnic table, and plenty of space between campsites.

The tents are large, but boy do they get hot during the day. Bathrooms relatively close in two directions. Places to sit and relax near by. Had covered seating and a firepit right by the tent, which was very appreciated.

Great campground. They have clean flushing Restrooms with Showers. Each camp site has water, electricity and a fire pit. The sites on the outer part of the circle do not have an RV dump ,but the site on the inner part of the circle Do include the RV dump. Keep in mind they do have a RV dump when you exit.
