What Guests Are Saying
Payson Lakes Guard Station offers a beautiful setting and a great camp host, making it a pleasant stay overall. The front cabin was satisfactory, but the back cabin had issues with a broken door lock and a chirping smoke detector, which impacted the experience. Additionally, first users of the season should be aware that water may not be turned on yet.

Rustic but comfortable cabins (2 cabins, 2 bunk beds in each cabin). Both cabins have bathrooms so bring your own towels, and both have kitchens so bring your refrigerated food and pots and pans as well. Nice fire ring and picnic table. Very secluded and private - perfect family get away.
